This plugin integrates WordPress with HubSpot, allowing you to sync data between your WordPress site and HubSpot CRM. It enables object-to-object, field-to-field mapping for all standard and custom objects and their fields, as well as business unit assignment, deal pipeline mapping and object associations directly from your WordPress site.

The plugin is compatible with HubSpot’s free tools as well as Starter, Professional, and Enterprise plans. Some advanced features may require a paid HubSpot subscription.

Once the plugin is installed, go to the CooSync Settings in your WordPress dashboard. You will be prompted to provide a private app API key for your HubSpot account then you can choose between available data types and enable sync between WordPress and HubSpot. You will have the ability to custom map all chosen data types and their fields between WordPress and HubSpot.

You will need to be an Administrator in WordPress to install and manage the plugin. In HubSpot, you will need the ability to create private apps, and manage their scopes. CooSync uses HubSpot private apps to securely connect your WordPress instance.

WordPress Users, Orders, Subscriptions, Line Items and custom post types can all be mapped and synced to HubSpot. This includes all standard and custom fields you may have in WordPress or HubSpot. Additionally, if you use Gravity Forms or WPForms PRO for webforms in WordPress, those submissions can be synced to HubSpot.

Your mapped data types will sync in real-time, as CooSync is triggered by new and updated records. If for any reason the sync is unable to connect to HubSpot, CooSync will retry so that your HubSpot data stays aligned with your website.

The plugin can be updated through the WordPress dashboard like any other plugin. Regular updates ensure compatibility with the latest versions of WordPress and HubSpot, as well as access to new features.

While CooSync is sold as a single website license, yes, it’s recommended to use the plugin in a staging environment before deploying it on your live site. This allows you to test the integration and ensure it works smoothly without affecting your live data.
